“Only You Could Make It A Good Day…”

My daughter woke up in a bad mood… “Today is a bad day, bad bad bad day…”

I listened to her closely, and asked her what’s wrong. She said she lost her sticks rewards at school, and she got a “break detention”, so she can’t play with her friends, and she really wants to play with her friends…

I simply said: “Only you could make it a good day. Good Day, Bad Day, only you can choose how you want it to be”...

She got ready for school, then went out on the terrace to pick a flower, and she picked the most beautiful one. She said it was for her teacher.

When I picked them up, I asked her, as usual… How was school?

She smiled and said: “I made it a good day mama! I apologized to my teacher, and asked her for another chance. She smiled at me and gave me a second chance, and I was able to go to the playground”……

Remember, no matter how old you are, only you can make it a good day, and you will!
