My Diet with Krystel:Next Goal is 2 kilos in 10 days!

I had my apointment witn Krystel this Tuesday, after a week following a “crash diet plan”.

I had white cheese for breafast one day, then eggs, thyme with 2 slices of oat bread, or a kiwi or a grapefruit. I had some sfecific proteins with vegetables for lunch, sometimes same for dinner and 3 nights a week jus a kiwi or a grapefruit or 2 pieces of pineapple.
I followed the plan, and I felt much better, eventhough it was more restricted. I have not lost any weight ( blame it on that date of the month!), but lost 1 cm around my waist, and don’t feel bloated at all!
Now I am on a new diet for 10 days, and the goal is 2 kilos by then, so from 61 kgs to 59. Will I be able to make it. No doubt!
