Choosing a healthy lunch at the beach

After messing up my diet because of my surgery, I went back on track!

The plan was for a 5 day Detox, in which I had to have 1 egg for breakfast, lean chicken for lunch, and fish or Quinoa for dinner. I had a list of vegetables to choose from with every meal.

I also had a snack which could be a sugar free chocolate bar or ice cream, etc..
Then, after the 5th day, I had to go for 10 days on a different plan. I had “Labneh” (similar to Greek Yogurt), turkey, or white cheese for breakfast, with 1 egg. Chicken or meat for lunch, and same as breakfast with 2 oat toasts for dinner; With vegetables at every meal.

I really followed the plan to the letter. I did miss few meals when I was not very hungry (dinners- because I felt full after lunch).

When I didn’t feel very hungry, I had the Quinoa with vegetable option instead of fish. Still I had no fruits, pasta, rice, bread….

My appointment was on the 5th day of the second plan. I have not felt that I lost weight this time. And it was true, only half a kilo, and 2 cm off the waist.

Krystel expected me to loose about 2 to 3 kilos, but I only lost half a kilo. She thinks that maybe Dairy might not have been an excellent option for my body, with other reasons, so now I got a different plan, for 7 days!
I hope I will loose enough before Fashion Week.
