I can’t even believe myself. I was just so excited and I blubberred, whatever came to my mind (I think I am inventing a new word, I have to check my dictionary)…
I was at the Spring and Summer 2010 show in Milan, with my little Melanie (AKA Front Row Fab). I was going backstage after the show, he came, took Melanie’s hand and told her “ci ti porto Io al backstage”… Ma che carino!
It was crazy, high sky heels shoes, colored bags, all the collection up-close, and of course, the amazing Donatella, what a woman!
I loved the dresses, the details, the little chains, the pink dresses (both the short and the long bustier one)… That “plastic”- like transparent skirts… The colors, the sexiness of the collection. It’s Versace, the real Gianni Versace like we knew it.
This collection was inspired from the fairy tale “Alice in Wonderland”, where you could see the bunnies, the cards and the clocks printed on the fabric.
The ending? Surprising… All the models lined up, like a gorgeous painting of gorgeous sexy women with the most beautiful dresses…
