My Report at Krystel Abi Assi |
After more than a month of not being on a diet for whatever reason or excuse, here I am again, back to Krystel Abi Assi’s clinic, determined to be done with my mission: Loose the extra weight and get into shape.
Krystel has this machine that scans your body to give you then your measurements, body composition, and a lot of other things that I don’t need to understand.
For now, I am more than 3% down with body fat, but still have a long way: 8 kilos have to go.
The plan is to loose fat and build muscle, and not to let any stress affect my weight or my health anymore.
The diet plan I got for the next 10 days is the following:
Breakfast:
1 egg with 1 slice of toast
2 spoons of oatmeal with almond milk
Krystel’s special pancakes
Lunch:
Lean meat or chicken with 1 slice of toast, 1 kind of vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, eggplants, green beans, or zucchini), and 2 slices of fresh pineapple.
1 snack
Dinner:
Fish fillet or tuna with 1 kind of vegetables chosen from the list above.
Expected weight loss: 2-3 kilos.
I am on day 6, and so far it has been easy. I do get hungry sometimes, so when I choose eggs for breakfast, I add egg whites. I also have to find a substitute for coffee mate in my coffee. Although coffee mate is allowed, I feel that it’s very bad, and with time I have to replace it with a healthier option.
To be honest, tonight, I didn’t feel like having a big dinner, so I had toast with #labneh (kind of Greek yogurt) and thyme. Also during the week, I was craving peanuts a lot, which I googled, and apparently, it gives the body a lot of energy.
Tip: I thought that eating sushi was fine, but according to Krystel, when on a diet, it is not the best choice. I didn’t know sugar is used with the rice…. That does not mean I will not be eating sushi though!
