This look is all about an electric graphic liner, done in blue or green. It looks like someone took a crayon and drew a blue or a green line over the eyes. A fresh way to try it is by creating a velvety and matte skin.

Start with Mac Studio Water Weight foundation: It’s a combination of foundation and serum. Use Mac Pro Chroma Line in Blue. Start with a thin line following your eye shape, and finish it off with a square at the end. Keep on adding it and building it up until it’s almost a strip of velvet. Top it with eel eye shadow to make it matte.
