Since she was a baby, people would stop me wherever I went to tell me how gorgeous and pretty she is. And I remember, I didn’t want to focus on her beauty, so I would always repeat in her ears: Mimi is kind, Mimi is smart, Mimi is generous, Mimi is a peace maker, and at then at the end, I would add Mimi is pretty…. I didn’t want her to be just a “pretty” girl because I knew all the potential and the spark she had in her brain.. she grew up thinking she’s average beauty… She doesn’t see how gorgeous she is!! She can’t see her beauty!!! So you know what, let’s not be scared of telling our girls how Beautiful they are! On the outside! Let’s not be scared of telling them they have the most amazing big eyes, the most beautiful full lips, the perfect symmetrical face, and that body!!! really!!! Because it’s so nice to be pretty and smart.
