Hayat lived in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S; she’s Fluent in English, Arabic, French and Italian. While working in Rome, she established and maintained contacts with top designers in Italy and Beirut. She started introducing international designers to readers and fashion lovers in the Middle East, bringing some high profile brands to the attention of Middle Eastern clients, then covering Fashion Week in both Milan and New York. She quickly established her name as the International Fashion Expert in the region, writing features about the latest collections, defining the trends in fashion, hair and make up, creating and maintaining contacts with international fashion designers, make up artists, celebrity hairdressers, beauty companies, and major fashion PR houses, and interviewing celebrities and top International designers around the world.

Hayat Ammouri occupied the position of Corporate Communications Manager at Orbit Satellite Television and Radio Network, the world’s first fully digital, multi-channel, multi-lingual, pay-television service . She also hosted the daily music show “Videoclip” aired on Orbit Al Thania TV Channel, interviewing high profile celebrities in the Middle East.
