My Favourite Breakfast


After 10 days in New York,  even though it was a very stressful trip and I was not sleeping much, my skin was perfect, really glowing.


It was thanks to a very healthy daily breakfast. How many times have you heard it? Salmon is great for your skin? It is indeed. I was having it for breakfast every morning, with fresh strawberries and pineapple, and oatmeal toast. I was able to see the difference, in 10 days only!

    To be honest with you, when I was strictly following the diet, I lost weight very quickly, mostly kilos of fat which reshaped my body quickly. Although now I cheat sometimes, I do not put on weight easily, as I think the fat weight does not come back very quickly. But I eat very healthy in general. The first few months, you have to eat lots and lots of protein, at the end, you don't even want to see any food in front of you… Very easy to follow and very flexible. On any night out, you could have fish, meat or chicken with vegetables and salads (only few vegetables are not allowed, like corn and beets and carrots and peas)…
    You can have oat bread almost every day, and you're always full.
    There is even a snack everyday (chocolate or sugar free things, but I generally don't like sweets). You do have to ban sugar and replace with stevia for example (I just removed it from my diet)…
    If you're traveling or for holidays, you get special diets that are fun and easy… At one point I was loosing fat and gaining muscle weight without exercise!
    The price is not expensive at all. You have one initial payment ( it was a present from a friend for my birthday)…then you pay almost every visit but not a lot.
    I do highly rcommend Krystel because she works with you more like a therapist :)… My main problem with weight is stress, unfortunately… And she always listens!
    I still have few kilos to loose, and now no cheating! I have about 6 to 8 more kilos 🙂

    Hi Hayat! I really like your blog and i would like to know more about your diet woth your dietitician. Was it easy to follow? What did you eat on your nights out? And what is the price range if I want to follow a diet plan with Kristel Abi Assi? Thank you and i hope you reached your weight goal ☺️
